Counselling

A healthy mind and a healthy body are intrinsically linked.  We look after our bodies – exercising and eating the right foods, but our mental health is just as important, and sometimes we need support.  With the current COVID challenges, this is even more important in today’s climate of pressure and uncertainty.

There are times for all of us when life feels too much. A sudden event could throw us into crisis, or we may find it an on-going struggle to see direction or purpose in our lives. This is where counselling can help. In person-centred therapy you will be listened to unconditionally, without judgement which can help you make better sense of your thoughts and feelings.  Counselling can help you see patterns and recognise how these impact on your life.  It provides an opportunity to explore meanings and relationships with other’s which will help you understand your sense of self.
